A quintessential cruiser, the Super Meteor 650 combines uncluttered controls and instrumentation with relaxed rider ergonomics; rock-steady stability on highways with pure riding pleasure even on the most winding roads where it keenly changes direction. Its flexible, smooth engine has torque aplenty and its cool retro styling is infused with clearly recognisable Royal Enfield DNA.
The Super Meteor 650 continues Royal Enfield’s heritage of building superlative cruisers. It is centered around the acclaimed 648cc twin platform that, since 2018, has enjoyed worldwide recognition within the multi-award-winning motorcycles, Interceptor INT 650 and Continental GT 650. It has been rigorously tested on proving tracks, Belgian PAVE, and the highways, byways, towns and city centers of India, the UK and Spain, clocking up over one million kilometers in the process to ensure the most reliable and enjoyable ride.
Its flexible, smooth engine has torque aplenty and its cool retro styling is infused with clearly recognisable Royal Enfield DNA. It has a physically imposing presence, yet remains an easy ride, whether you are traversing vast landscapes or heading towards the vanishing point on the horizon.
The 650 Twin is the rebirth of Royal Enfield’s legendary parallel twin cylinder engine. It can also be found driving two other classic motorcycles – the Interceptor and the Continental GT. While classically styled and visually beautiful, the new engine is Royal Enfield’s most forward-looking yet, with a cleaner, elegant look, fewer components, less weight and easier maintenance.
At the core of the Super Meteor 650 is our iconic parallel twin engine, which offers seamless gear transitions, strong low-end acceleration and an effortless throttle response.
Beauty is often overlooked in chassis design. But this new frame blends the authentic form of period classics with the superb handling and ride of modern engineering. The result is a chassis that’s nimble and precise, making for a pure and enjoyable ride.
A retro-inspired, digi-analog instrument panel with a floating LCD screen and built-in Tripper navigation delivers all the information you need, day or night.
Based on the highly acclaimed 650 twin engine and a new chassis, the Super Meteor 650 takes Royal Enfield’s 121-year-old heritage of producing exquisitely designed motorcycles perfectly suited for touring, to a new level.
